A project to improve safety at a roadside site was implemented at km 21+986 of the Sofia Ring Road.
For safety measures at the access connection from the frontage road to Road II-18 (Sofia Ring Road)—at km 21+986 (left side, existing layout) and km 21+882 (left side, modernization design)—serving the administrative building and warehouse facility:
A vehicle restraint system with containment level H1 and working width W4 (60 m), along with one P2 terminal, has been installed along the deceleration lane and the entry curve.
A vehicle restraint system with containment level H2 and working width W4 (36 m), along with two P2 terminals, has been installed in front of the administrative building;
