The renovated structure at km 20 of the Trakia Motorway has been secured with road restraint systems manufactured by KMV Road Safety Systems Ltd. The design solution—involving the installation of 422 meters of H2W3 barriers and 406.50 meters of H2W4 barriers on the right-hand side—ensures traffic safety in the vicinity of the structure. The parapet and fencing installed on the right side meet the latest road safety standards. The installation was completed on an accelerated schedule, allowing the structure to be put back into service ahead of time.
